HR Supervisor
About The Position
Full function of HR management in Guangxi plant.
Directly reports to General Manager
Dotting line report to Head of Group HR
Job Location Guangxi, Nanning
Responsibilities
- Responsible for talent recruitment by existing or newly developed recruitment channels across all levels from general workers to management positions.
- Responsible for training needs assessment for all levels and work with Group L&D to formulate the training plan.
- Manage the payroll process to ensure the accuracy, validity and completeness
- Design and organize company events based on analysis results to prompt employee relationship in organization
- Act as a leader for group HR initiatives implementation
- Prepare HR relevant reports with analysis findings, raise alert for attention and action accordingly
- Be aware of external competitors employment status to maintain our competitiveness
- Be Responsible for Internal & External Audi
- Handling labor disputes and employee dismissal relevant issue.
- Ensure governmental compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ working experience in full function of HR in MNC or Labor Intensive industry is preferred. 2 years management experiences
- Knowledge and understanding of human resources management include staffing, performance management and employee relations, professional development, compensation and benefit programs
- Good command of English in written is required; spoken is preferred
- Ability to communicate in a manner that builds relationships and engages and values others
- Well versed in Labor Law

Merchandiser / Product Developer / Account Executive
About The Position
We are developing professional bags with unique features for international customers. You will be part of a team that will develop professional bags in a good environment, and communicate directly with our customers to ensure the project’s success.
Responsibilities
- Manage bags projects from design brief to production.
- Communicate with the customers through the projects process.
- Coordinate between all the internal departments.
- Control the project cost including materials + labor.
- Lead NPI of new products from Development to Production.
- Weekly reports update.
Qualifications
- Fluent English speaking, writing and reading.
- At least 5 years experience in bags factory.
- Commercial character.

Production Engineering Manager
About The Position
If you are an engineer with lean mass production experience, and you enjoy a production environment, your place is with us. We want to improve our production efficiency by implementing new techniques with automation.Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 3 Engineers to provide engineering support to production departments.
- Implement state of the art manufacturing systems including advanced manufacturing technology for industrial cut and sew production.
- Solve technical production problems.
- Maintain the production machines.
- Design production tools and fixtures.
- Introduce new automation processes to production.
- Involve in NPI and lead new products from Development to Production.
- Ability to work independent and focus on production improvements.
Qualifications
- Intermediate level of English.
- Engineering degree or equivalent education.
- Ability to draw fixtures/tools in 3D software.
- Minimum 8 years engineering experience with at least 3 in a cut & sew factory and 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
